Blue Stars Invited To Canada Cup
The Midget B Blue Stars are representing North Vancouver and Canada in the Canada Cup International Fastpitch Futures World Junior Women's Tournament, July 14 - 20, 2008 in Surrey. The Blue Stars will be playing against elite U19 club and national teams from across Canada and the US as well as Chinese Taipei and Puerto Rico.
Canada Cup offers team discounts for minor softball if you go as a group, it's a ton of fun and the softball is amazing. The Blue Stars draw for the round robin is pretty good and may enable some North Van fans to get out and watch. Here is the Blue Stars schedule, which you can also see on the Canada Cup website.
